I saw so many people have problems with the gems_ultrasound_moviegroup_001 tag and it seems there is no direct solutionīy the way, I get different errors like this, I hope they may help: vtkITKArchetypeImageSeriesReader::ExecuteInformation: Cannot open. I know I asked too much but I would really appreciate any help. I only see volumes with single frames instead of videos. I want to ask one more thing, do files in the DICOMDIR contain the whole metadata? They have no extension and when I directly import them it doesn’t differentiate 2 different patients or studies. Does Slicer supports DICOMDIR format or can it be the issue? Thank you in advance I appreciate your help.įinally, I want to mention that I split my DICOMDIR to the individual dicom files to open from the Slicer. I know there are topics about it but none of them solved my issue. My dicom files have “gems_ultrasound_moviegroup_001” private tags. Some of them looks like frames from the same video and the volume with multiple frames seems distorted too. UnboundLocalError: local variable 'imageProxyVolumeNode' referenced before assignmentĪlso, loaded volumes are seem wrong.
